Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youβll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Attention: We do not accept returns and refund for no reason other than quality reasons. And items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Note: The product is handmade, so the size and colour depth will be slightly different, and it cannot be guaranteed to be exactly the same!
It is normal to have hand-painted traces, tiny iron spots and small needle eyes.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can better deal for you.
The refunds situation we accept are as follows:
1. Returns are required for product quality reasons
οΌ1οΌ The quality of the product makes the product unusable. (Does not include the necessary traces and pores produced by the manufacturing process.)
The refund information you need to prepare is as follows:
οΌ1οΌA photo or video of the damaged product when you receive the package.
2. Returns are required for reasons other than quality:
οΌ1οΌThe product freight returned to us needs to be borne by the buyer.
οΌ2οΌThe item we receive from you must be in the same condition as the item you received, unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging.
οΌ3οΌ We will deduct the cost of shipping the product to you from the refund amount.
Refunds:
We will notify you once weβve check your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youβll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
